Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Advantage Auto Detailing. The following terms apply to all services we offer:

• Existing Conditions:

  • Some stains may be permanent.

  • While we aim to reduce odors, we don't guarantee their removal.

• Additional Charges:

  • Heavily soiled vehicles may incur extra charges. Final prices will be determined upon visual inspection.

  • A distance surcharge applies for out-of-zone locations, we will reach out to discuss prior to confirming your booking.

  • Extended Full Size SUVs such as the Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L, Cadillac Escalade ESV, etc face a 10% surcharge.

• No Show, Cancellation, Rescheduling:

  • No-shows are subject to a $40 charge.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 15% fee.

• Health & Safety, Property, Vehicle Access:

  • Your vehicle must be free of hazardous materials.

  • Adequate parking space is required to park our servicing vehicle within 15 feet, unobstructed to your vehicle being serviced.

  • For safety reasons, your vehicle must be on a paved or gravel surface with minimal incline and cannot be on a street, underground, or in a gated parking lot.

  • Minimum clearance of 4 ft is needed around the vehicle to safely service it.

  • We will connect to your location’s exterior electrical and water outlet during the service.

  • Loose items not removed in the vehicle will be removed and set aside during the service. We are not liable for any lost items.

  • Car seats, seat covers, attached stands, transponders, subwoofers, and other custom installed items will not be removed, cleaned, or displaced and may compromise the service’s quality.

• Payment:

  • Prices are subject to local taxes. We accept cash, e-transfer or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

  • Payment is due at service completion.

• Photographs and Video:

  • We may use vehicle images for marketing purposes.
